Marquee? What is? Here. Marquee is the effect the form of text, so that looks more alive. Examples like this:

Tags following are commonly used in the marquee effect.

BGCOLOR="colour" --> To set the background color (background) text.

DIRECTION="left/right/up/down" --> Set the text direction of movement.

BEHAVIOR="scroll/slide/alternate" --> To set the type of movement

Scroll --> text move rotate
Slide--> text stops moving once ago.
Alternate --> text moves from left back again right ago.

TITLE='message" --> A message will appear when the mouse is in the top of the text.

SCROLLMOUNT="number" --> set the speed of movement in pixels, the greater the number movement quickly.

SCROLLDELAY="number" --> To set the time delay in milli-second movement.

LOOP="number|-1|infinite" --> Set the number of loop. ..
