If you visit other blog, maybe you look comment box placed under post. Its very useful because your visitor can give comments without need go to other page/load new page. After read, your visitor can give comments to your post with easier. If you interest to make it, you do not need to follow step with very difficult. You can follow step below with easy.
1. Log in with your blogger ID.
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Comments tabs.
4. In the Comment Form Placement options, select Embedded Below Post.
5. Then save.
Later if you open your blog and open your post, you will look your box commments appear under the post.
